Hydraulics | Welding | Fabrication | Gas | ToolingWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident self-starter with proven experience in hydraulics, welding, fabrication, gas, or industrial tooling. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales — all while delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through cold calls, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with expert guidance and solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations with timely follow-ups.
- Plan and manage your territory effectively to meet monthly sales and GP targets.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations of welding machinery and tools.
- Manage backorders and deliveries to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain sales data and reports via Repsly or similar CRM tools.
- Matric (minimum); Tertiary qualification in technical or commercial field is an advantage.
- 5+ years’ proven sales experience in welding, hydraulics, fabrication, gas, or tooling sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license with reliable own transport.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
- Competitive salary: R20 000.00 – R30 000.00 CTC. negotiable
