Senior Digital Content Designer

• As an expert creative, you will be working on a creative and content strategy.

• Working on a variety of content design projects.

• Continuous improvement work.

• Work closely with the group head of marketing, social media manager, and marketing team.

• Must be able to understand the web, technology, and people.

• Metric-focused and prioritise on OKR measures.

• Experienced, creative, and well-organised Senior Digital Content Designer.

• A relevant qualification (such as a degree or equivalent) and/or relevant experience creating and editing content for websites and intranets is essential.

• Extensive experience creating and editing content for social media, Google, YouTube and websites.

• Experience in designing and creating content, using a content management system (Paperflite) and writing and editing readable content.

• Must be confident working with a wide range of people who have varying levels of understanding of content and the web.

• Enthusiastic, diplomatic, and persuasive with a keen understanding of negotiating with subject-matter experts.

• Experience of working on short notice, some weekends, and in a high-performance team, in a fast-paced digital environment, both in a digital team and independently with minimal supervision.
