You will compile fire risk assessments and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate fire protection technicians to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.Perform on-site assessments and provide guidance to optimise performance and outcomes.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of project materials and equipment.Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce strict compliance with safety procedures.Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit detailed progress and risk management reports to management.Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in fire protection systems and standards.RequirementsRequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in the fire protection industry.N3 qualification in Plumbing or Electrical.Knowledge of fire protection systems including sprinklers, fire alarms, suppression systems, pumps, and electrical motors.Basic understanding of relevant codes, standards, and local building regulations.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
