RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction company in the search for a Senior Civil/Bulk Earthworks Site Agent. As a Senior Civil/Bulk Earthworks Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale civil and bulk earthworks projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the construction industry.Responsibilities:

Manage and lead civil and bulk earthworks projects from start to finish
Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and bulk earthworks projects
Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Professional registration and certifications are advantageous
