Job Summary Job & Company Description:
This established business in the property industry requires a strong Financial Accountant with proven industry experience to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, gaining exposure across a wide portfolio while leveraging their technical expertise in property finance systems and reporting.
Other duties include:

Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
Handling reconciliations, journals, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensuring accurate reporting using Caseware.
Managing property-related transactions and financial processes.
Utilizing MDA to support the property portfolio’s financial operations.

Education:

Completed BCom degree

Job Experience & Skills required:

3–5 years’ post-articles experience.
Property industry exposure – non-negotiable.
MDA systems experience.
Strong Caseware knowledge.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
