QA Tester (ISTQB)

• Collaborate with the team of developers to understand software functions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects.
• Conduct regression testing and validate software fixes.
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Monitor bugs resolution efforts and track success rates.
• Maintain documentation of tests and test results.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.

• 5 years Proven work experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• ISTQB Foundation Level / ISE
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Basic knowledge of coding and scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Exhibit flexibility towards extended work hours
• Demonstrate effective team collaboration skills
