Minimum RequirementsMinimum qualification:
- Relevant tertiary level qualification
- Relevant administrative experience
- Experience in the higher education industry will be advantageous
- Coordinate sales events
- System superuser on CRM Microsoft Dynamics
- Administer the transfer of new students between campuses
- Manage marketing collateral for sales teams
- Custodian of sales collateral / documents per campus
- Process travel request for sales team
- Perform quarterly data audits (on sales systems) and compile reports
- Assigned controller of school lead cards
- Initiative and responsibility
- Constructive teamwork
- Relations and networking
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Analysis and judgment / problem solving
- Systematic approach (planning and organising)
- Execution – attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft suite)
