Job Description:Preparing detailed sales reportsGrowing existing sales areas and actively identify new business opportunitiesAnalyzing sales data and trends to drive performance and improve sales strategiesDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectivesLeading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to exceed targets and KPIsEnsuring sales policies, procedures, and company values are upheldMonitoring competitor activities and market developmentsCollaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfactionQualification & SkillsProven experience in a sales management role, preferably in wholesale/retail5 - 8 years' experience in salesStable track recordStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detailSuitable candidates will be contacted.
