- Building efficient and high-performing sales processes
- Building, managing and motivating a team of AEs, and helping them achieve their quotas.
- Driving a world-class sales onboarding and continuing skills development program
- Reporting on KPIs and forecasting
- Creating the commission structure
- Participate where needed in winning and closing deals
- 6+ years experience selling SaaS and a track record of delivery against ambitious targets
- Experience building high-performance sales processes and teams from scratch
- Experience working on ~R500k annual deals with multiple stakeholders
- At least 4+ years of experience managing a team of AEs
- Building and driving qualification and forecasting processes
- Creating compensation plans for the sales function
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Hands-on approach and genuine passion for closing deals
- Preferably worked in a startup of
