Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is relentless in their pursuit of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives
Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts
Minimum requirements:
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a minimum of 3 years of new business development experience
At least 3 years IT/ICT/Technology/Telecoms/Logistics/Technical/Security/Solutions sales experience
Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to open doors and close deals
Corporate client network in the following industries: Transport/Logistics/Cold Chain Logistics/Mining/Construction/Engineering
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
South African ID
