- Additional certificates in Event Planning, Project Management, or Sales (desirable).
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, sales activations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer engagement roles.
- Experience in the renewable energy field (advantageous).
- Customer service excellence – manage new and existing client relationships.
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer databases with set procedures.
- Analyzing sales activity to identify business development opportunities.
- Task management to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Business management fundamentals.
- Basic financial principles for ensuring profitability.
- Administrative procedures and system implementation.
- Knowledge of renewable energy products and costs.
- Understanding of laws and government regulations in renewable energy.
- Selling principles and methods for renewable energy products and services.
- Sales leadership with strategic planning and market expansion strategies.
- Customer relationship management with excellent written and verbal communication.
