Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers and books, coordinate events etc.
Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to customers in the showroom and handling internal and external complaints and queries
Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultantsREQUIREMENTS:
National Senior Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decor or related field advantageous
At least 3 years sales experience in a similar role within the same or related industry
At least 3 years retail experience
Exposure to an interior design environment
Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
Own reliable transportSkills and Knowledge required:
Good telephone etiquette
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Good presentation skills
Good with building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent customer service and after sales service
Good with selling products and concepts
