Senior Sous Chef required for a renowned establishment based in East LondonRequirements
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery (City and Guilds or similar)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
  • Experience in stock take, orders and stock management.
  • Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to oversee kitchen when head chef is not present
  • Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and festive season.
