Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent guest management experienceÂ
Driver license and own transportRESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as a warm, attentive presence throughout the guest journey (especially during night hours)Â
Supports guest arrivals, departures, and any late-night needs with calm clarity and careÂ
Coordinates seamlessly with other teams to ensure the guest experience remains smooth, thoughtful, and responsiveÂ
Holds intuitive awareness of each guestâs emotional and practical needs, adapting with empathy and discretionÂ
