- Coordinate and manage field sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share
- Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and market opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5 + years experience in the FMCG sector
- Sales Rep experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the FMCG industry
- Analytical skills: see connections in data and translate them into meaningful sales and productivity initiatives
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Gauteng
