Job SummaryA leading Cape Town based engineering consultancy specializing in predominantly Industrial projects is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Instrument Design Engineer.Responsibilities

Assessing and preparing Fee Proposals
Performing Detailed Engineering Design and Specifications
Developing Schedules of Quantities
Creating Tender Documentation and participating in Tender Adjudication
Handling Contract Documentation
Project Management, including cost control, payment certificates, project scheduling, and recording of minutes
Testing and Commissioning
Creating As-built documentation and drawings
Conducting initial audits to ascertain the Scope of work

Requirements

Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng in Electrical or equivalent
Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting
Experience using MS Project for project scheduling
Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical/instrumentation design
Experience in Waste Water Treatment Works, Petrochemical and the Food Industry are highly desirable

Benefits

Salary: R750K/yr - R1M/yr, negotiable
