Actuarial Analyst

• Carry out actuarial analyses independently and contribute to complex projects with support from senior Actuaries.
• Assist in pricing new and renewal business by creating rating structures and performing profitability assessments.
• Provide technical guidance to underwriters to inform pricing decisions and support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct reserving and expense analyses to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams to turn actuarial insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Advance toward actuarial qualification while expanding your technical expertise and industry knowledge.

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in actuarial work, preferably across multiple functions.
• Actively pursuing actuarial exams (local or international).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Professional, adaptable, and able to work to deadlines

• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, or other data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of actuarial principles, insurance operations, and financial reporting.
• Effective communicator who can explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
