- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and prepare communications on the executive’s behalf
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organise catering when necessary
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcome visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the CEO
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- To support the Human Resources department. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
