This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing operations, learn how to ensure high-quality email execution, and support impactful campaigns across the customer lifecycle.As an Email Marketing QA Intern, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver polished and error-free email communications to our audience. You'll work closely with the Growth Email Team, designers, and developers to review email content, test rendering across devices and platforms, and ensure accessibility and functionality meet our brand standards.This is a paid 6-month internship with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance, team needs, and mutual interest.What You'll Do:Conduct pre-send testing of email campaigns, ensuring all links, images, personalization tokens, subject lines, and copy are accurate and functionalUse Litmus to test email rendering across different devices, browsers, and email clientsReview email templates for formatting issues, typos, broken code, and compliance with brand and accessibility guidelinesCollaborate with designers and developers to identify and resolve visual or functional issuesMaintain QA documentation and checklists to ensure consistency across campaignsAssist with test sends and version control during campaign reviewsSupport the Growth Email team with additional email production tasks as neededBest practices for email marketing QA and productionUse industry tools like Litmus, and enterprise ESPsHands-on exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG), segmentation, and dynamic contentReal-world experience collaborating with creative, technical, and strategic growth teamsWhat You Have:Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and a passion for getting things rightBasic understanding of email marketing principles and toolsFamiliarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not required)Organized, methodical, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExperience with ESPs (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plusNice to have:
