- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Provide strategic financial input to support business decisions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role, preferably in a supervisory or management role in the Automotive Industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software (e.g., Automate, Kerridge, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
