The Ideal candidate:
  • will have 5-10 years experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role.
  • Must have excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products
  • Will be responsible for ensuring that all Aluminium installers enforce the company's standards of quality for all installations, and all statutory legal requirements as provided by: AAAMSA, SAGGA and the NHBRC, are adhered to and correctly implemented.
Reports to: Aluminium ManagerDutiesThe Installation Team Managers duties will be, but not limited to, the following: * Installation team Job Scheduling: Ensure that all installation teams know what to do and when to do it.
  • On-site Final Measurements: Site inspections for final measurements before orders are placed for finished or manufactured products
  • Client Communication and negotiations: on design aesthetics, quality control and final snags sign off.
  • Site inspections to double check that all products have been installed correctly, according to site plan and quote sequences.
  • Quality Control of installations of windows and doors
  • Team management Performance management of installation teams
