SAP Warehouse Manager (SAP EWM & SAP WM)

• Min 7 years of experience in SAP EWM and SAP WM implementations. Implementation experience spans the complete implementation cycle, namely: blueprinting, design, build, testing, training, cutover, and support.

• Solution architecture and design:

• Develop SAP EWM/WM solution architecture to align with business requirements.
• Translate complex warehouse management processes into scalable, practical SAP standard centric solutions.
• Facilitate third-party integration systems into the existing solution landscape.
• Develop, manage, and review master data and data migration strategies and requirements for SAP S/4HANA system migrations.
• Implementation ownership

• Lead SAP EWM/WM implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage, facilitate and support cross-functional end-to-end solution design thinking across functional consulting divisions, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Review, document, and refine configuration, testing, training, and change management activities.
• System configuration and optimisation

• Configure SAP EWM/WM modules to support inbound, outbound, internal, and inventory management warehouse processes that align to business standard operating procedures and SAP best practice recommendations.
• Optimise system performance and user experience through automation and mobile technology integration (handheld Radio Frequency (RF) and tablet device enablement)
• Warehouse process expertise

• Specialised knowledge of warehouse operational procedures and processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Business stakeholder collaboration and relationship management to ensure operational and business team alignment to system capabilities and operational needs.

• Industry exposure spans most supply chain sectors specifically: retail, pharmaceutical, medical, food beverage and mining
• Specialisation in Mobile RF device configuration and setup for SAP EWM/WM

• BEng Industrial Honors - if possible
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA 2020 – or later certification
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 or later certification

• Effective communication skills
• Familiarisation with primary project management methodologies
• Proficient Excel modelling, Python, Power BI, data analysis and report writing skills
