
Brand Manager

- Support ideation and production of weekly podcast episodes (guests, outlines, distribution)
- Manage publishing schedule and episode promotion across platforms
- Source and secure sponsorship deals aligned with the brand's mission and audience
- Track analytics and suggest growth tactics to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate on brand positioning, voice, and storytelling across all channels
- Ensure consistency across content, social media, podcasts, and partnerships
- Build and maintain a content calendar for launches, campaigns, and initiatives
- Develop pitch decks and partnership packages for sponsors and collaborators
- Identify and reach out to aligned sponsors, media outlets, and collaborators
- Manage inbound inquiries and brand deals with professionalism and alignment
- Leverage content from podcast episodes to create engaging short-form content (in collaboration with video editors)
- Oversee newsletter strategy and social storytelling to boost loyal fanbase
- Use analytics to guide strategy across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, IG, TikTok, etc.
- Have 2–5+ years in brand strategy, podcasting, or sponsorship development
- Are experienced with podcast platforms and tools (e.g. Riverside, Spotify, Anchor, etc.)
- Know how to find and close sponsorship deals
- Understand the creator economy and modern brand building
- Are proactive, resourceful, and excited to help a brand scale with purpose
