We''re looking for a BDR to call UK companies and book appointments for our BDMs.What You''ll Do:

Dial 80+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution
Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro
Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team
Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)

What Were Looking For:

2+ year of proven outbound sales experience
Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
Fluent, professional English.
Experience working on a CRM.
Able to work in UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
A tertiary qualification
Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
