Education
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management (preferred).
- Additional training in Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, or Marketing is advantageous.
- 35 years experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury 4/5-star property.
- Strong background in guest relations, front office, and F&B operations.
- Proven track record in staff leadership, financial control, and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial acumen with budget and cost-control experience.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of PMS systems, OTAs, and digital marketing.
- Attention to detail with a passion for luxury and personalized service.
- Problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused.
- Flexible and adaptable to the unique demands of a boutique environment.
- Hands-on and willing to assist in all departments when required.
