Boutique Hotel Manager

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management (preferred).
• Additional training in Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, or Marketing is advantageous.

• 35 years experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury 4/5-star property.
• Strong background in guest relations, front office, and F&B operations.
• Proven track record in staff leadership, financial control, and guest satisfaction.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Financial acumen with budget and cost-control experience.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of PMS systems, OTAs, and digital marketing.
• Attention to detail with a passion for luxury and personalized service.
• Problem-solving and crisis management skills.

• Professional, polished, and guest-focused.
• Flexible and adaptable to the unique demands of a boutique environment.
• Hands-on and willing to assist in all departments when required.
