CCNP Network Operations Engineer - 1 year Contract - Pretoria

• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems
• Ensure secure and reliable network access across the organisation
• Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades
• Resolve networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues
• Diagnose and address recurring network problems
• Manage switch backups and configuration
• Install and configure hardware when required
• Provide timely resolution of IT support tickets
• Apply deep knowledge of routing, switching, and high-availability protocols

• Matric and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Cisco CCNP certification (required);
• CCNA, CCIE, advantage
• 7+ years’ experience in network support or IT operations
• 7+ years working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment
