- Order Processing: Process incoming and outgoing orders promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervision: Lead and motivate store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, resolving inquiries and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and functional retail space.
- Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly regarding safety, security, and product handling.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
