Servicing Specialist | Kloof

• Processing of Service requests and follow ups.
• Management of servicing process from submission to finalisation.
• Quality Checking.
• Handling of escalated queries.

• Minimum 3+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably with either an independent FSP.
• Industry related qualifications an advantage.
• Software Microsoft Office 365.
• Exceptional people skills, collaborator.
• Effective, clear communicator strong verbal and written skills.
• Deadline orientated meeting of SLAs.
• Dynamic personality and "can-do" attitude.
• Operationally effective and organised with a strong proficiency with the client and product provider processes and systems.
• Ability to work quickly and accurate execution of tasks.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Handling of adviser queries.
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Building and maintaining adviser relationships from a service perspective.
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the above tasks to both advisers and the clients staff.
• Monitor and provide ongoing feedback on how your area of responsibility can be refined and improved.
