Job Summary Hire Resolve's client, a group of companies that offer the very best in wholesale, fresh meat and deli production is searching for a Warehouse/Boxing Supervisor to join their team in Elsies River, Cape Town.:Receiving and Storage OperationsCoordinate receiving of goods, ensuring verification against purchase orders and adherence to company standardsMaintain proper stock rotation (FIFO and FEFO) to ensure freshness and reduce wasteSupervise storage to optimize space and uphold organizational standardsVerify and submit documentation for received goods to relevant departmentsDespatching OperationsOversee preparation and loading of products according to customer ordersEnsure proper packing standards and hygiene compliance during despatchAddress and resolve discrepancies in dispatch volumes with relevant departmentsMonitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfactionStock ManagementConduct regular stock counts and resolve inventory discrepanciesMonitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstockReview and approve stock adjustments with accurate recordkeepingAnalyze stock movements to identify trends and improve inventory practices
