We're looking for a detail-oriented Tax Administrator who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow in a collaborative and client-focused setting.Qualification and ExperienceHold a relevant qualification (e.g. BCom in Taxation, Accounting or similar)Have prior experience working in a tax administration or related roleAre skilled at resolving tax issues efficiently and accuratelyAre deadline-driven with strong organisational and time management skillsDemonstrate excellent attention to detail and a passion for processAre proficient in Greatsoft, Xero, and Microsoft ExcelPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindsetKey Responsibilities:In this role, you'll support our Tax Consultants and contribute to seamless service delivery by:Handling tax-related queries and ensuring timely resolutionsRegistering income tax clients and managing SARS eFiling profilesSubmitting individual and trust income tax returns, provisional tax returns, remissions, and objectionsManaging and maintaining accurate client tax records via our CRM systemAssisting with documentation preparation for audits and complianceProcessing and filing supporting tax documentation (FIAs, ETCCs, etc.)Staying on top of SARS correspondence and communicating relevant updates
