- Keep processes tight and teams accountable
- Manage existing processes / Implement new processes
- Oversee compliance, administration, reporting, and CRM analysis
- Ensure agent vetting, onboarding, and training meets FAIS, CPD, POPIA, FICA standards
- Work directly with the Director to support operational delivery
- Matric
- 6+ years in administration/compliance in a regulated industry
- Team leader or supervisor experience (call centre or BPO a plus)
- Strong with Excel, Word, CRM systems & business writing
- Highly organised, analytical, and clear communicator
