We are seeking a strategic, yet hands-on outcomes focused relationship builder with a track record of managing complex mentor/consultant portfolios in the enterprise development space. This individual is:

What will you do: Manage the implementation of portfolio strategy & individual programme deliverables for the Mentor Portfolio.

Mentor Portfolio Management – Develop, implement and manage a clear portfolio strategy and action plan to achieve world class results

Mentor Recruitment, onboarding and performance management

Build, maintain, and continuously develop a quality pool of experienced mentors and consultants.

Ensure high mentor and SME satisfaction through effective relationship management.

Maintain up-to-date CRM records and mentor profiles.

Resolve stakeholder issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and reporting.

RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:

University Degree (Project Management, Commerce, Business analytics, Economics, Enterprise Development or similar).

At least 3-5 years of working experience in Enterprise Development in a managerial capacity

Keen interest and ability to build trusted support relationships with mentors, entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders

Ability to analyse and work with data, including creation and interpretation of visual content

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
