Sales Manager InlandMID550Industry: AutomotiveLocation: City Deep, JohannesburgDuties:Lead our sales team, across three inland regions, executing against budgets. Manage teams, drive strategy whilst adapting to diverse market dynamics.Foster customer relationships by delivering a superior performance management whist supporting our culture and align efforts with company goals.Drive sales growth through strategic planning, data insights, customer focus, and lead conversion.Lead, support, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and uphold company values.Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.Build strong customer relationships by resolving issues and delivering excellent service.Reporting to General ManagerEducation:National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)Skills & Knowledge:Communication SkillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SAP Business OneTechnical motor vehicle air-conditioning understanding and product knowledge preferredAutomotive Parts Product KnowledgeCustomer service / experienceMathematical NumeracyBusiness acumenPreferred:Exposure: CRM ExposureExposure: OKR Process and understandingExposure: Netstock & QlikviewExisting customer networkExperience:5 years sales experience preferably Automotive Parts related2 years Management / Supervisory experience.Wholesale / Retail Replacement Parts Sales experience preferableExperience / Knowledge in Automotive -Mobile (moving) - Air Conditioning preferable.Proven track record delivering sales growthRemuneration Package:30K - 40K depending on experienceCommissionFringe Benefits: Medical Aid contribution and Provident fund.Kindly send detailed CV, Certificates, and ID copy toUse reference MID550 in email subject line
