The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the banking industry, particularly with regards to international transactions and currency exchange.Key Responsibilities:
- Processing international transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
- Conducting currency exchanges and providing exchange rate information to customers
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to their international accounts and transactions
- Maintaining accurate records of all international transactions and account activity
- Monitoring and reporting on international market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the bank's operations
- Working closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient mannerQualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in banking, with a focus on international transactions
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking softwarePersonal Attributes:
