Completed Degree in Agricultural Science
Drivers license
Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Knowledge of Eggsactly and Avihance highly preferable
FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS AND ENGLISH
Attention to detail with a systematic, methodical approach.
Ability to solve problems and take corrective action.
Excellent planning skills.
Strong leadership and managerial competencies.
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with tact, patience and a willingness to work with colleagues.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires an individual with extensive and detailed experience in Poultry breeding management. Key duties and responsibilities will revolve around:

Performing site inspections/audits with customer deliveries.
Actively providing technical insight and knowledge to customers throughout SA but primarily within the Free state region
Obtaining, analysing and reporting key customer data about past and present flocks.
Assisting the General Manager with customer training events.
Assisting the General Manager with maintaining customer relations.
Assisting the General Manager with new sales and general promotional work.
Assisting the General Manager with sales planning and other customer ad hoc requests.
