GRAPHIC & MOTION DESIGNERJob descriptionWe are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic / Motion Designer to join our Graphic Team, a key part of the broader Design Team, which also includes a Web Team. You will collaborate with three other graphic designers to create marketing materials for over 20 international brands.This role requires a high level of creativity, strong design sensibility, and a keen awareness of current graphic and motion design trends. Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, affinity for AI tools in design, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.You will report directly to the Team Leader / Creative & Digital Marketing Manager and work in an open-space environment alongside other graphic and web designers. We value open workspaces to encourage idea-sharing and maintain awareness of cross-team projects.Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality motion design videos
  • Design marketing materials for clients, such as:
  • Flyers
  • Brochures
  • Roll-up banners
  • Event stands
  • Signage
  • Social media and website visuals
  • Stationery
  • Create internal marketing materials
  • Design guidelines and brand assets for clients
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects
  • Conduct photo editing and image retouching
  • Request and follow up on quotes from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery from proofing to final output
  • Photography and video editing skills are a strong plus
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Solid experience with motion design tools such as Animate and After Effects
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Excellent team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
