- Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to find candidates.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews and assessments to ensure a good fit with the company culture.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record of successful placements and deep understanding of sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
