Branch Consultant

• Provide tailored financial services and product advice to clients
• Assist with personal loan applications and debt consolidation solutions
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and professional service
• Meet daily/weekly targets
• Support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) compulsory
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related field advantageous but not essential

• 13 years in micro-lending, retail banking, or financial services
• Experience in debt consolidation or collections advantageous
• Proven background in client-facing roles essential

• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good understanding of credit risk and lending policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
• Professional and client-oriented approach
• Detail-focused with strong accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset and initiative-driven
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
• Fluency in Xhosa and English will be an advantage
• Clear credit record mandatory
• No criminal record mandatory
• Must be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit
