  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Cold call, email, and network to build a robust pipeline of leads
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors
  • Present products/services through in-person and virtual meetings
  • Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts aligned with company goals
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Build long-term relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
  • Share market insights to refine strategies and offerings
  • Travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in external sales or business development
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and generating new business
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Relationship-building expertise across all client levels * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Skilled in managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and CRM tools
  • Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., construction, IT, manufacturing) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
