
Payroll Administrator

- Performing accurate calculations for bonus payouts.
- Maintaining accurate records of bonus-related data.
- Compiling periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Analysing large datasets using advanced Excel functions like Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Conducting regular validation of payroll data for accuracy.
- Preparing documentation and reports for audits.
- Resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Importing information into the payroll system.
- Issuing weekly and monthly payslips.
- Reconciling payments to external service providers.
- Maintaining court orders (garnishees) and ensuring accurate deductions.
- Providing assistance during financial year-end and audit processes.
- A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4.
- A Certificate in Payroll or a Finance-related field.
- A SAGE VIP Certificate.
- 2-3 years of payroll experience, with bonus administration.
- Knowledge and experience in SAGE 300 People.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
