- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in the workwear and PPE sector.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across industries such as construction, mining, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and company sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to management.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Matric or equivalent qualification (a sales/marketing diploma or degree will be an advantage).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably in the workwear, uniforms, PPE, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry knowledge and the ability to align client needs with tailored solutions.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
- Salary: negotiable.
