You'll sell, lead, and deliver strategy-based transformation projects end-to-end - from diagnostics and solution design to delivery and closure. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to align strategy, optimise operations, and drive sustainable growth.What You'll DoDeliver end-to-end strategy-based transformation projects across multiple sectorsConduct deep-dive diagnostics into operations, costs, and organisational effectivenessDevelop and present recommendations using data-driven insights and benchmarksLead business development, proposals, and client relationship managementMentor and develop consultants, building a high-performance cultureCollaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful deliveryWhat You BringPostgraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science (MBA/CFA an advantage)7-10 years' strategy consulting experience, including sales, delivery, and project closureProven expertise in cost reduction, digital transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvementAdvanced analytics skills (Excel, Python, etc.)Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation abilityHigh EQ, adaptable, and solutions-focusedWhat Success Looks Like
