Job DescriptionThe opportunity that awaits you:Are you passionate about turning data into powerful business insights? We're looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across the business.Your key responsibilities:

Develop user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to business KPIs.
Model, clean, and transform data using DAX and Power Query.
Connect and integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, Smartsheet, APIs).
Support Excel-based analysis and ensure consistency with Power BI reports.
Automate data refreshes and streamline reporting processes.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide report training.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and adherence to governance best practices.

Our required expertise:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Strong in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI Service.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot).
Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300).
Experience with data automation and advanced analytics.
