- Own vehicle with valid driver license
- Be able work during weekend for ON SHOW
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-oriented approach
- Provide assistance to potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments by proposing the most suitable units based on the clients' interests and affordability.
- Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related information relating to their purchase journey.
- Showing clients development plans and also taking clients through to the show-houses for them to view and persuade them to purchase the best suited product.
- Prepare necessary administrative documents e.g., OTP, addendum's etc.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Bonds) for weekly, daily, and monthly reports.
- After-sale service: follow up with snag attending etc
