- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), National Diploma, or a similar analytical and commercial qualification, with a focus on consumerism, business, and retail understanding
- Work experience (preferably in the plastic packaging industry)
- Experience or exposure to sales within a B2B environment
- Strong data skills, including data extraction, analysis, and evaluation (experience advantageous)
- Understanding of consumers and packaging in the plastics industry
- Solid business fundamentals and practical operational knowledge
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

- Complete all required administrative tasks and reports, including but not limited to:
- Daily logging of client meetings
- Weekly log sheets
- Submission and follow-up of quotes
- Weekly estimates
- CCR (Customer Complaint Report) logging and follow-up
- Review of back-orders and customer stock control
- Annual budgeting
- Pre-production and rough order submissions
- Ad hoc reporting as requested by management
- Effectively plan personal time on a daily and weekly basis.
- Set personal performance goals and create an actionable plan to achieve them.
- Conduct realistic assessments of personal strengths and areas for development and take action to address any gaps.
