Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend effective courier and logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates, and finalise service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential market changes.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information within the CRM system.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Matric qualification (essential); further studies in Sales, Business, or Logistics will be advantageous.
  • Proven sales track record, preferably within the courier, logistics, or related industry.
  • Strong target-driven approach with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with experience using CRM systems.
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable transport (for client visits, if required).
