- Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend effective courier and logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates, and finalise service agreements in line with company policies.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential market changes.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information within the CRM system.
- Matric qualification (essential); further studies in Sales, Business, or Logistics will be advantageous.
- Proven sales track record, preferably within the courier, logistics, or related industry.
- Strong target-driven approach with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with experience using CRM systems.
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport (for client visits, if required).
