Retail Sales Consultant (Shari'ah)

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in field sales, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
Experience with Shariah-compliant financial products.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the Shariah-compliant product to small businesses.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients in line with the Employer's expectations.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Service existing account by ensuring the company remain in contact and retain relationships to acquire referrals or new business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Drive inputs and activities that are focused on achievement of Sales Targets and KPI's.
