An established large format out-of-home media business is seeking a Project Administrator to be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of telecommunications and infrastructure project execution, including logistics, workforce planning, site readiness, procurement, and stakeholder communication.Minimum requirements for the role:
  • Must have a National Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in project coordination, in a business that deploys technical teams
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating end-to-end project logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of telecommunications and infrastructure projects.
  • Confirming site readiness and verifying that all data points and requirements are complete prior to team deployment.
  • Managing daily workforce planning and scheduling, ensuring that all teams are being assigned appropriately and are where they need to be.
  • Directing and supporting field teams to maintain project momentum and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Expediting procurement and delivery of materials by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to maintain timelines and budget compliance.
  • Serving as the central point of communication between technical teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
