
Regional Workshop and Spares Manager

- Relevant post-matric technical qualification, preferably N4 or higher, in one of the following fields: Millwright, Engineering, Automotive.
- Strong technical understanding of workshop and spares environments.
- Proven experience managing workshop and/or spares operations.
- Stock management and inventory control experience.
- Hands-on experience in customer relationship management.
- FMCG sector experience essential
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Manage workshop and spares operations across Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 staff members.
- Monitor and drive technician productivity and efficiency targets.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to prevent backorders and meet service timelines.
- Conduct quarterly stock controls.
- Drive service efficiencies to ensure excellent service delivery to customers, technicians, and branches.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and related documentation.
- Conduct follow-up calls and perform service delivery spot checks.
- Oversee spares administration, including job card analysis, invoicing, and related tasks.
- Manage company vehicle maintenance.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations.
- Visit clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist with warranty claim processing and follow-ups.
- Ensure processes are effectively implemented and executed.
- Submit reports and communicate progress or issues as needed.
