Dispatch Supervisor

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management (advantageous)
• Valid Forklift License

• 3 to 5 years of management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
• Excellent time management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and customer networking skills
• Sound decision-making and troubleshooting capabilities
• Effective problem-solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer systems

• Schedule and supervise daily dispatch staff activities
• Assign and monitor tasks across shifts and evaluate team performance
• Ensure all dispatch operations are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee adherence to health, safety, and company regulations within the dispatch area
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments
• Inspect and ensure regular maintenance of dispatch and warehouse equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility
